As an employee of The Schroer Group, you have access to our employee hardship fund. This fund is made possible through the generosity of both The Schroer Group and your fellow employees. All you have to do is submit an application for review by visiting our employee engagement platform, People Are Everything.

Apply For A Grant

Grant applications are reviewed by a committee of individuals comprised of fellow employees from all sectors of The Schroer Group companies. To ensure confidentiality, the committee chair completes an initial review of all applications and provides a redacted version, removing all personal information, to the full committee. Once an application is reviewed by the full committee, the committee chair will advise the applicant of the committee’s decision.
